How to use

Car-O-Sol umbrella is used for car interior protection from sunlight, only in the stationary or parked vehicle. After a complete stop, open umbrella in the middle of the car, put its canopy under the windshield and press the sunscreen visors.

Size

Car windscreen is unique for different models, and car classes A, B, C and D. But sometimes in a small car of A or B class a windscreen is bigger than in the huge crossover.

We differentiated windscreen sizes for most of modern cars that is why we make CAR-O-SOL in three sizes: S, M and L.

M-size is the most popular and is suitable for majority of modern cars.

Safety

Do not open the umbrella in the moving vehicle.

Fold the umbrella before starting the car.

Open umbrella carefully while sitting inside the vehicle so that not to stab your passengers or yourself.

For safety, we use rounded tips on the spokes of the umbrella. Still, try to install and uninstall Car-O-Sol umbrella under the windscreen carefully to avoid unintentional scratches of your torpedo.

Shipping

Our shipping partner for International delivery is Ukrainian National Operator «UkrPoshta».

We deliver to more than 70 countries worldwide.

Delivery within EU is 14-20 days. To other countries approximately 30 days.

After placing your order, we will contact you to inform about more precise date of the delivery.

Please, be informed that delivery date may depend on force majeure situations (quarantine, national regulation, strikes, weather conditions, flight restrictions etc.)

Product returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange any products within thirty (30) days of the receipt of your purchase. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.

Product returns conditions

Please, be sure than our product:

- Should be sent back in its original packaging

- Should have all tags still attached.

- In new condition and not damaged.

If all of these conditions are satisfied, Car-O-Sol will refund the value of the returned product(s), sales tax included, less any original shipping costs and a one off restocking fee of $5. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above. However, you will have the option to request that your returned merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received.

PayPal buyer protection

According PayPal rules, when buyers pay with PayPal on www.car-o-sol.com, PayPal Buyer Protection covers them in case there is a problem. If an item doesn't arrive or is significantly not as described, PayPal will help buyers get a full refund.

Refunds

If you paid Visa or Mastercard we begin processing your refund once we have received your returned item(s). Refunds are processed within six (6) business days from the receipt of your return.

We send you a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used from the original purchase.

Legal

These Terms apply to your use of the Website and to any order or purchase of Products you make through the Website. By visiting and using the Website, or ordering or purchasing Products through the Website.

When you place an order for Products via the Website:

you confirm that:

you are aged 18 years or over;

you are legally entitled to purchase those Products;

you are bound by these Terms in relation to that order, subject to our acceptance of that order;

you are making an offer to buy the Products, and we are not bound by that order until we have accepted it;

our acceptance of your order occurs when we issue you an email confirming receipt of your order; and

You are agreed to use the product according to his own peril and risk, any damage caused to third parties or to himself when using the product is the responsibility of the person using it.

The website operates in accordance with Ukrainian legislation. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order in whole or in part, or to cancel any order that we have accepted in whole or in part at any time prior to shipment of the Products, for any reason including, without limitation, the unavailability of any Products, an error in the price or the description of Products on the Website, an error in your order, or us not receiving payment in full. Where we cancel an order in whole or in part after we have accepted it, we will notify you of the cancellation by email and will refund your payment but will have no other obligations to you in respect of the order.
